We’re excited to announce our brand-new Tween Ministry, designed especially for our 5th and 6th grade students! As a church, we seek ways to meet the evolving needs of our families, and we believe this new ministry will be a meaningful step in doing just that.

Starting this fall, our Sunday evening “Youth Group” will now include two distinct ministries:

• Youth Ministry for 7th–12th grade

• Tween Ministry for 5th–6th grade

 

What to Expect:

• Service Sunday (First Sunday of the Month):

• Both Youth and Tweens will meet at the same time but in separate locations within the church. While I’m upstairs leading one group in the lesson, our amazing volunteers will guide the other group through a service or mission project along with a short game or activity—then we’ll switch!

• Rest of the Month:

Tween and Youth Ministries will meet on select Sunday evenings throughout the month. In

addition, Tween Ministry will also meet on certain Poquoson Schools half-days.
